ОСВІТНЯ СКЛАДОВА ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТ ГУМАНІТАРНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ УКРАЇНО-ПОЛЬСЬКИХ ВІДНОСИН

Анотація
Досліджено основні етапи і найбільш актуальні питання освітньої складової як питомого елементу гуманітарної політики в системі україно-польських відносин. Виявлено системність у дотриманні принципів інституціоналізму як парадигми побудови двосторонніх відносин та методологічного підходу до формування робочих комісій (теорія про соціальні інститути К. Панунзіо).
Встановлено, що принцип інституціалізму є основним, що дає можливість формулювати спільні цілі та шукати відповіді на критичні проблеми двосторонніх відносин у гуманітарній сфері. Окреслено особливості інституційних форматів, що були напрацьовані двома сторонами у спільній діяльності з питань гуманітарного спрямування. Обґрунтовано на базі оцінки практичної ефективності подальшу їх розробку та впровадження у інші складові гуманітарної сфери двосторонніх відносин, як то підготовка спільних підручників, мовне питання у польських школах, програми подвійних дипломів.
Проведено змістовно-концептуальний аналіз ключових двосторонніх угод у гуманітарній сфері як «дорожніх карт» для практичного розвитку україно-польського співробітництва.
Виявлено деякі виклики, з якими стикаються обидві держави на тлі безпекових, культурних, міграційних процесів, викликаних широкомасштабною агресією Росії проти України та зіткненням ідентичностей двох народів. Спрогнозовано посилення проблемних чинників – демографічний, мовний, що потребують уваги у перебігу подальшої реалізації гуманітарної політики як сфери співпраці України та Польщі.
