ПОСТКОЛОНІАЛЬНИЙ ВИМІР РОСІЙСЬКОЇ АГРЕСІЇ ПРОТИ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація
Проаналізовано недоліки домінуючих теорій міжнародних відносин, зокрема реалізму і лібералізму, щодо дослідження причин російської агресії проти України, як і їх нездатність пояснити мотивації відчайдушного спротиву українців. Обґрунтовано, що розгляд Росії як неоколоніальної держави, а також політики сусідніх з нею держав у контексті їх постколоніальних відповідей може заповнити існуючі прогалини у знанні, зокрема пропонуючи пояснення, як репрезентація ідентичності стимулює трансформації й прагнення до емансипаційних заходів у постколоніальних країнах.
Розкрито потенціал постколоніального підходу в дослідженні міжнародних відносин, зокрема для аналізу конфліктних відносин. Постколоніальна перспектива заповнює прогалини, властиві іншим теоретичним підходам, розглядаючи схильність колонізаторів використовувати владу для збереження гегемонії та розкриваючи, як російське гібридне сприйняття українців як того ж народу, але підлеглого, сформувало українську культуру опору гнобленню і поневоленню, що пояснює стійку та рішучу відповідь України на повномасштабну агресію.
Обґрунтовано, що хоча статус українців у Російській імперії та Радянському Союзі відрізнявся від досвіду західних заморських колоній, проте наявність спільних рис, таких як хижацька експлуатація людських та природних ресурсів, поневолення та примусові переселення, культурне пригнічення та маргіналізація корінних народів, обґрунтовує застосування постколоніального підходу. У цьому контексті Україна постає як показовий приклад мотивованої нації, яка прагне звільнитися від колоніального влади і ствердити свій суверенітет.
