ДЕРЖАВНА ПОЛІТИКА У СФЕРІ ПОДОЛАННЯ ГЕНДЕРНОЇ НЕРІВНОСТІ

Анотація


У статті розглянуто методологію здійснення гендерної політики, яка є одним з головних факторів досягнення демократії. Обґрунтовано, що аналіз світової політичної практики і нормативної бази держав показав, що гендерна політика сприймається керівництвом країн як важливий напрямок державної діяльності, що реалізується з метою досягнення високого політико-правового статусу на світовому рівні, прагнення стати загальновизнаною демократичною державою. Розглянуто національні закони Швеції, Данії, Фінляндії, Норвегії, США і Канади, підписані міжнародні угоди і створення спеціальних державних структур, на яких покладена функція реалізації гендерної політики. Доведено, що жінки все ще недостатньо представлені в парламентах, керівних органах та політичних партіях в регіоні, хоча ґендерні проблеми вступили в громадські дискурси та дискусії. Констатовано, що інтереси жінок рідко враховуються і діють на них. Обґрунтовано, що популістський та неліберальний поворот у європейській політиці спричинив негативні наслідки для гендерної програми. Тому дослідження політичного представництва жінок залишається своєчасним та актуальним.
