Анотація


Дослідження присвячене аналізу політики Росії щодо уярмлених нею народів. Метою пошуку є виявлення цілеспрямованої стратегічної орієнтації загарбника у напрямку елімінації ідентичності корінних народів, фізичної та духовної. При дослідженні застосовувались методи історичної реконструкції, політичного та демографічного аналізу, а також принципи міжнародного права. Це дозволило отримати достовірні результати, теоретично, фактологічно та статистично обґрунтовані, логічно виважені. Звернення до міжнародної практики уможливило виявити ігнорування органами влади РФ усталених норм і правил щодо гарантування прав і свобод корінних народів.
