ПОСТРАДЯНСЬКИЙ ПРОСТІР У ЗОВНІШНЬОПОЛІТИЧНІЙ СТРАТЕГІЇ РОСІЙСЬКОЇ ФЕДЕРАЦІЇ (1990-ті – 2020-ті рр.)

Анотація
В статті проведено всебічний аналіз концепцій зовнішньої політики Російської Федерації, що дозволив простежити еволюцію зовнішньополітичної стратегії офіційної Москви щодо пострадянських країн. Для реалізації цієї геостратегії в концептуальних документах використовуються такі теоретичні конструкції як «ближнє зарубіжжя», «зона привілейованих» і «життєво важливих» інтересів тощо, які покликані сприяти їх переведенню в практичну політику РФ на терені колишнього СРСР.
Показано як формула «координуючої ролі» Росії в СНД, риторика «захисту співвітчизників» та концепт «русского мира» стали доктринальною основою політики Москви, спрямованої на обмеження суверенітету пострадянських держав. Окремо підкреслено, що посилення ролі ядерного чинника та цивілізаційної риторики про «державу-цивілізацію» слугує додатковим інструментом тиску на країни пострадянського простору.
На основі аналізу текстів концепцій, офіційних заяв російського керівництва та західних експертних оцінок показано, що пострадянський простір став головною ареною реалізації геополітичної стратегії Кремля. Також автор зауважує на тому, що попри відсутність в текстах російських зовнішньополітичних концепцій задекларованого наміру щодо відновлення Радянського Союзу, їх зміст переконує, що геополітична стратегія РФ спрямована на реставрацію імперського утворення на пострадянському терені під егідою Росії.
Для досягнення цієї мети РФ використовує увесь наявний інструментарій гібридних впливів аж до застосування геноцидних практик, які, зокрема, стали одним з ключових елементів примушування України до відмови від європейської і євроатлантичної інтеграції, відтак її повернення до сфери російського геополітичного впливу.
