Abstract
The article examines the social significance of management culture as an important factor in the development of an inclusive society. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to form modern management practices aimed at ensuring equality, tolerance, and social integration in the context of global social transformations. Management culture is defined as a set of values, norms, principles, and behavioral models in the management process that ensure effective social interaction within organizations and communities.
The study analyzes the impact of management culture on the implementation of inclusion principles in various spheres of social life, including education, social protection, community management, and state institutions. Management culture is presented as an essential tool for implementing social justice, supporting social dialogue, and creating a favorable environment for all citizens, regardless of their physical, social, or cultural characteristics.
The article emphasizes the need to prepare a new generation of managers capable of ethical, socially responsible, and inclusive thinking. The main directions for forming effective management practices that help overcome social inequality and ensure equal access to resources and decision-making are considered.
An interdisciplinary approach to the study of management culture is proposed, combining concepts from management science, sociology, philosophy, and social policy. The application of comprehensive methods allows for an in-depth analysis of management practices and the identification of factors that contribute to the development of inclusive management. Special attention is paid to the development of human capital as a key resource in forming an inclusive society.
In conclusion, management culture acts as a strategic factor in the development of an inclusive society, providing social cohesion, tolerance, and equal opportunities. The study results can be applied in the development of educational programs, training of new-generation managers, and the implementation of inclusive approaches in public and corporate management.
