КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ОСНОВИ ВЕДЕННЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОЇ ВІЙНИ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ ЗБРОЙНОЇ АГРЕСІЇ РФ ПРОТИ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація
Інформаційні війни реалізуються конкретними інструментами, способами, прийомами, технологіями тощо, але обов’язково у множині, спільно, на різних рівнях, адже інформаційне середовище з його інформаційними потоками та інформаційні впливами різного роду, характеризується сукупністю динамічних факторів, що здатні чинити на людину прямий або непрямий, негайний або відстрочений вплив.
Особливим каталізаторами та носіями інформаційних воєн стали мас-медіа. Критичний дискурс щодо цієї нової медіареальності, інспірованої державами, що підтримують агресивну геополітику, також спирається на здобутки психології, представлений нею комплекс знань щодо масификації психіки людини-адресата, маніпуляційних прийомів як складника комунікативних технологій.
В умовах ведення проти України з боку російської федерації інформаційної війни, яка спрямована на нав’язування певних ідеологічних стереотипів, дослідження концептуальних основ, глибоке розуміння механізмів та взаємообумовленостей ведення інформаційної війни є надактуальним питанням для забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони України.
