МІГРАЦІЙНА КРИЗА ЄС ЯК ВИКЛИК ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКІЙ РЕГІОНАЛЬНІЙ БЕЗПЕЦІ

Анотація


У статті проаналізовано міграційну кризу ЄС як виклик європейській регіональній безпеці. При дослідженні було використано історичний та порівняльний метод. Як результат, можна стверджувати, що міграція — це глобальна тенденція, яка набула особливої динаміки у другій половині 20 ст. Динамічні міграційні процеси, у свою чергу, обумовлюють важливість ефективної етнополітики держав-реципієнтів. З 2015 року керівництво Європейського Союзу вживає заходів для ефективного реагування на міграційну кризу, зміцнення регіональної безпеки та посилення контролю на кордонах. Європейський Союз докладає подальших зусиль для посилення міжгалузевої співпраці між різними політичними та безпековими відомствами, відповідальними за подолання міграційної кризи. Певною мірою міграційна криза 2015 року створила загрозу єдності та безпеці ЄС, а також порушила питання щодо подальшої європейської інтеграції. Міграційна криза продемонструвала, що ЄС повинен ефективно адаптувати свою стратегію безпеки до нових викликів.
Зроблено висновок, що нинішні процеси, пов’язані з міграційною кризою в ЄС, являють собою виклик подальшій європейській інтеграції та регіональній європейській безпеці. Міграційна криза стала викликом для реалізації базових демократичних цінностей, зокрема, свободи пересування та цивільного захисту, отже для посилення регіональної безпеки в Європі варто надалі використовувати потенціал громадянського суспільства та інструменти дипломатії другого рівня (track-ІІ diplomacy).
