ДЕРЖАВНА ІДЕНТИЧНІСТЬ ЯК УНІКАЛЬНИЙ РЕСУРС ПОЛІТИКО-ПРАВОВОЇ СТАБІЛЬНОСТІ

Анотація
У статті доведено положення про те, що унікальний ресурс суспільного феномену державної ідентичності в умовах глобалізаційних змін стає вихідним моментом процесу формування політико-правової стабільності та національної безпеки в країні за умови, коли більшість суспільних верств населення потенційно мобілізуються навколо конкуруючих пропозицій представлених у демократичному просторі державотворчих процесів, свідомо обираючи єдині точки дотику та фіксуючи їх у конституційних та інших законодавчих постулатах.
Застосування мультидисциплінарного підходу для комплексного аналізу процесу формування, визначення сутності та базових принципів державної ідентичності, надало можливість з’ясувати механізми нарощування ідейно-теоретичного значення та стійкого визнання унікального ресурсу державної ідентичності країні у ситуації глобалізації, транснаціоналізму та технологічних змін. Встановлено, що комплексний соціально-філософський аналіз розуміння суспільного феномену державної ідентичності забезпечує органічний синтез етнічної, національної, громадянської та культурної ідентичності, як різних форматів колективного співіснування, соціальної інтеграції та створення стабільного нормативно-правового життєвого простору на теренах певної країни.
Здійснюючи аналіз вітчизняного наукового дискурсу у дослідженні процесу концептуалізації державної ідентичності в критичних умовах збройної боротьби українського народу з російською федерацією за державницький суверенітет своєї країни, було доведено, що вона формується на перетині трьох базових рівнів: національного, громадянського та культурно-цивілізаційного та є результатом осмислення історичного досвіду, спільних цінностей і політичної легітимності держави. Показано, що дебати між примордіалістськими та конструктивістськими поглядами, а також критичні студії у царинах політології, соціології та філософської антропології підкреслюють складність зазначеного поняття та необхідність додаткового аналізу різноманітних точок зору.
Водночас на принципових засадах цивілізаційного підходу було сформульовано авторське розуміння концепту «державна ідентичність» як інтегрального соціально-філософського феномену.
